Description
If you are looking for a QCTP....................We are a German trade company and we are highly specialized in QCTP of the system Multifix. With a range of 10 sizes (for small watchmaker lathes up to lathes with 28kW power, the last picture shows you the smallest size in the holder of the biggest size) and all together around 200 different items, we have the biggest range of products worldwide (more than all other producer combined). For reference, please watch the several thousand feedbacks of our German ebay account, the name is pewetools.
Our goal is to offer the best matching quality to a fair price and when we see our progress in the last 5 years, it is time to come to the US-market.
Beside a lot of constructive enhancements, we are testing 100% of every single holder and 100% of every produced tool post with originals of the inventor J.F.Minder Switzerland (we also have a copy of the patent, dated 1943). The list of changes is so long, that it is impossible to publish here - please send us a email and we will answer with an very informative PDF and you will see that our goods are unique and outstanding. In the second picture you see Products of all producer of Multifix which we have in our show room for testing.
Some dealers try to explain that you can figure out the correct size when you know the swing over bed. This is bulls........
We need three information to find the matching size:
1. how many millimeters is the distance between the surface of the top slide and the center of the chuck?
2. how wide is the top slide?
3. how strong is the motor?
Here is what you get for your money:
- 1 tool post C
- a hardness protocol (hardness 55-60HRC like the original) of the tool post
- 1 wrench for the tool post
- 1 holder for round tools CH40150
- 3 holders for normal tools with a square shank CD40150 (for tools with a shank of max. 40mm height)
- a hardness protocol (hardness minimum 42-45HRC like the original) for one holder
- 1 wrench for the square haed screws of the holder
Explanation:
C = size of the system
H = holder for round tools
D = holder for tools with a square shank
32, 40 = max. size in millimeter of the tool (diameter or high)
150 = length in millimeter of the holder
so for example CD40150 is a holder for the system size C to hold up to max. 40m tools and the holder is 150mm long.
